Delegation

I don’t know if you struggle with delegation or not, but I do. One of the reason it seems so hard is because of trust and getting it done right. I am a perfectionist and love for things to be done right. One thing that comes from things being delegated is it equips people to do ministry. Jesus was a great at equipping people. Read a quote yesterday that I loved, “Good equippers do it like Jesus did it: recruit twelve, graduated eleven and focus on three.” May we equip and delegate like Jesus did. Jesus trusted these twelve enough to turn the entire responsibility of spreading the gospel over to them and leave the earth.
for some reason i like to pick up more responsibility than i need. i love to delegate…but it’s tough to execute. it is really cool to see people shine. plus sometimes they can do a better job than you can. praying for you man.
